Boot Camp
—a results-oriented program designed and implemented by Lowell Harris.


Valhalla Boot Camp is designed to give you a jump start to fitness.

  • The camp runs for four weeks, with 60-minute workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Each workout consists of station training: 30 minutes of intense strength training and 30 minutes of cardio exercise.
  • All workouts are supervised by experienced trainers.

Cost: $250 per person

Next camp:  June 25

Morning (8:30 and 9:00) and evening (6:00 and 6:30) classes available.
